As I've said in earlier posts, i'm not very good at this blogging thing. Sorry it's taken so long to post something. On the positive side, all is well. Ben is 11 and is such a great kid. he's respectable, intelligent, athletic, and just fun to be around. He will be going into 6th grade this year (time flies!). And has decided to focus strictly on soccer moving forward. He's the captain of his team, plays center mid, and they won the state championship for the top league this past season. He's just starting to have interest in the opposite sex and he has a cell phone. The texts are non-stop! They are also funny to read. So far this has been his best summer ever!
Jack is 8 and is also a great kid. Always happy but likes to do what he wants when he wants. Which obviously doesn't work with Katie and I so it can be a challenge. other than that he's great! right now he's playing baseball, lax, soccer, and swim team. it's WAY too many sports but he doesn't want to quit any of them. I think his best sport is probably baseball. He can really hit it and his pitching is OK too. Not a lot to complain about right now.
Katie is great. The summer is always the hardest for her because the kids are around all day, but she does a great job with everything. She recently partially tore her calf muscle playing tennis which was a bummer but she's working through it. Still works out two to three times a week which is great.
We are headed to the Outer Banks in two weeks and it's a much needed vacation. I just passed my 9th year with Exclusive Resorts and I need a break. It's a great company but 9 years in any sales position is a long time. I'm now the VP of Sales for ER and have 8 people working for me. overall, they are great. Love the team and the attitude each member brings. All in all things are good. I could complain about the little things but why?
Hopefully, I'll post some things sooner rather than later but don't hold your breath.

It's been too long!
